Toronga Zoo 

Zoos may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but Toronga Zoo isn’t like many other zoos! It’s a non-profit organisation that specifically aims to support wildlife conservation. Wild Life Sydney Zoo

Staying on-trend, it’s another zoo! The Wild Life Sydney Zoo is set in Darling Harbour, and offers you the finest specimens that Australia has to offer. You’ll get to see kangaroos, crocodiles and koalas, among many more animals.

Splash out this holiday and treat yourself to an immersive, underwater experience! You’ll get to observe sea creatures in the world’s largest collection of Australian aquatic life. There’s sharks, seahorses, stingrays, turtles, jellyfish, platypus, penguins and even the odd-looking dugongs, just to name a few!

Book a boat tour to get a glimpse behind the scenes or, if you’re brave enough, have a quick swim with some sharks!

What do you get when you combine coffee, space and cats? A space-themed cat cafe, of course!

It’s every cat-lover’s dream. Bask in the company of slinky felines as you enjoy a coffee with a cat-shaped cookie. You can even browse a range of adorable kittens up for adoption. Be careful, or you may have to explain to the Macleay Hotel staff why you’re trying to sneak a few cats into your room!

If you’re after some exercise as well, just combine it with your cat cafe visit – called Yoga with the Catstronauts, it’s 45 minutes of cardio activity with 15 minutes of cooling down/cat cuddling time. What more could you wish for?
